Blackmoor Marble Effect 28cm Wok

At 28cm, this wok can be used for a range of cooking techniques, including stir frying, steaming, pan frying, deep frying and many more. Matching 28cm lid available, see the Blackmoor store to purchase.
Like all Blackmoor pans, it is suitable for cooking on electric hobs, gas hobs, induction hobs and hot plates. The stylish, black marble effect coating will complement any kitchen and is also scratch resistant, so your pan stays looking like new for longer.
COOL-TOUCH HANDLE - The pan has a soft grip handle that stays cool to the touch to ensure your comfort and safety while you are whipping up culinary delights. The handle also has a convenient hole for hanging or for holding utensils during cooking.
NON-STICK COATING – The pan’s non-stick coating and forged aluminium base means it is easy to clean, requires little to no oil and ensures better food release. The hybrid stone coating allows heat to conduct faster which the pan retains during the cooking process.

Orders are delivered by An Post or DPD Monday to Friday. An Post can deliver in some urban areas on Saturday. Some orders are sent directly from our suppliers and delivery information is on the product details page.

We ship orders from our central warehouse and retail stores. This means your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and you can expect to receive standard deliveries within 2-4 working days in the Republic of Ireland and 4-5 working days in Northern Ireland.

When you're order is shipped you will receive a shipment notification by email with tracking information.

In the run up to Christmas from the middle of November to the middle of December, it may take 4-6 working days in some cases due to the volume of orders and pressure on the postal/courier service.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase and would like to return your item for a full refund or exchange you can do so within 28 days of the date of delivery* **.

Orders purchased online can be returned to any Guineys Store. You just need to show your order confirmation with order number (either a print out or on your mobile device)

*Note: for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Bed Linen, Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Mattress Protectors, Mattresses, Socks, Swimwear Or Underwear, unless items are unopened in their original packaging or are faulty.

** We cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been opened and/or unrolled. This does not affect mattresses that are damaged upon arrival at your address. If you do need to arrange return of a damaged mattress please contact us directly

We offer a Click & Collect service for many of our products in all of our stores throughout the country. Simply select your chosen store, checkout and collect your order within 2 business hours during the stores opening hours.

How does Click & Collect Work?

Place your items in the basket and select Click & Collect at checkout. After ordering, you'll receive an 'Order Confirmation' email along with an invoice. Once ready, a 'Ready for Collection' email will be sent to you. Please wait for this confirmation before going to the store and show your Ready for Collection email. Please do not proceed to the store until you have received this email. Items are usually ready within 2 business hours.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. After that, we will refund your order.

Do you stock the same goods online as in store?

Some of the stock online is not available in store and vice-versa. If you would like to enquire about the availability of a product you have seen online, please email [email protected] with your preferred store and product name in the subject line.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal payments. We do not accept cheques or send out cash on delivery orders

When should I expect my delivery?

If you place an order with us today, your order should be shipped within 3 working days. You can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days in the Republic of Ireland with the exception of Children's Occasionwear which can take up to 10 working days. If there is a delay with your order we will notify you by email
