Refunds & Returns Policy

You have the right to request a refund for your order within 30 days after delivery.

If the product you have received is damaged or faulty when delivered, please contact our Customer Services team on +353(1) 6522902 or email [email protected] who will notify you of our returns procedure. 

If you want to return any item and you live in the Republic of Ireland you can use one of the options below:

Republic of Ireland

1. Free returns to a Michael Guineys store

Simply bring the item to your nearest store with your invoice and/or receipt and we will refund you for your item(s) there and then. You can show your proof of purchase on your phone or a print out. If you can't find your invoice, please email us at [email protected] and we will refund you for this.

2. Return via Drop2Shop

To return with Drop2Shop, click on the link here or below.

Enter your order reference number (you will have received this by email when you placed your order eg 1000352444), contact name, email address and phone number.

1. Select the store you want to drop your returns to

2. Confirm your shop choice

3. Enter the code you received by text and confirm

4. You will then receive an email confirmation of your return with QR code

5. Show this QR code in your chosen Drop2Shop location. There is no need to print out a label.

For all returns please ensure:

1. The goods are repackaged in their original packaging

2. Your returns slip or order number are with your returns

3. You have indicated your reason for return

4. The max weight and dimensions of your return should be 20kg and 60cm x 40cm x 40cm. If your return is bigger or heavier, please contact us and we will arrange collection with An post.

Your refund will be issued once the return has been received. Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. 

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect we will arrange collection of your order with An Post.

Returns from outside of the Republic of Ireland 

Customers wanting to return any items will need to arrange their own transporation for delivery to the below address.

We can't accept returns for exchange or refund without a valid receipt in store or online.

If you are posting a return you must organise the return of unwanted items at your own expense

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned to our Returns Department/Store within 28 days of delivery.  We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 28 days.Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

We are unable to refund fabrics or nets that have already been cut to size. 

If you wish to cancel your order after already paying, you need to inform us by email/phone immediately.
