Gift Vouchers purchased online or in store can be exchanged for goods in our stores only.

Vouchers can be exchanged for goods up to the value of the Voucher or for goods at a higher price on payment of the difference.

Vouchers exchanged for goods lower than the value of the Voucher will be returned in the form of a new voucher with the value of the purchase deducted.

The minimum amount required to activate a gift card only is €1.00.

Lost or stolen Vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other Vouchers.

Items bought with a voucher and returned within the 28 days, can be exhanged for other goods or a voucher of the same value

To deface Vouchers in any way will render them invalid/void.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.

The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
