If you live in the Republic of Ireland we now offer a FREE returns sevice. For this you should use the Drop2Shop service
Please note that we will not reimburse any postage costs for any services other than the Drop2Shop service or An Post Click & Post returns.
You may also return to any one of our stores nationwide.
*Note: for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Bed Linen, Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Mattress Protectors, Mattresses, Socks, Swimwear Or Underwear, unless items are unopened in their original packaging or are faulty.
** We cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been opened and/or unrolled. This does not affect mattresses that are damaged upon arrival at your address. If you do need to arrange return of a damaged mattress please contact us directly
