If you live in the Republic of Ireland we now offer a FREE returns sevice. For this you should use the Drop2Shop service

Please note that we will not reimburse any postage costs for any services other than the Drop2Shop service or An Post Click & Post returns.

You may also return to any one of our stores nationwide.

Orders purchased online can be returned to any Guineys Store. You just need to show your order confirmation with order number (either a print out or on your mobile device)

*Note: for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Bed Linen, Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Toppers, Mattress Protectors, Mattresses, Socks, Swimwear Or Underwear, unless items are unopened in their original packaging or are faulty.

** We cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been opened and/or unrolled. This does not affect mattresses that are damaged upon arrival at your address. If you do need to arrange return of a damaged mattress please contact us directly

Click & Collect in 2 Hours

We offer a Click & Collect service for many of our products in all of our stores throughout the country. Simply select your chosen store, checkout and collect your order within 2 business hours during the stores opening hours.

How does Click & Collect Work?

Place your items in the basket and select Click & Collect at checkout. After ordering, you'll receive an 'Order Confirmation' email along with an invoice. Once ready, a 'Ready for Collection' email will be sent to you. Please wait for this confirmation before going to the store and show your Ready for Collection email. Please do not proceed to the store until you have received this email. Items are usually ready within 2 business hours.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. After that, we will refund your order.
