CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Vacuum or shake your rug regularly. Clean spills immediately. Never rub a spill. Blot liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel. Some stains may be cleaned with a mild clear detergent and lukewarm water. Do not use bleach. If a stain cannot be removed seek specialist advice. Do not machine wash. Loose threads can be trimmed with scissors. We recommend the use of anti-slip pad to reduce trip hazards and protect the floor surface. Please use a suction only vacuum cleaner as a beater-bar vacuum cleaner could damage the pile. CAUTION: Do not leave babies and very young children unsupervised on deep pile rugs. The pile could create a choking hazard

Standard Delivery within Ireland: €4.95 (Free when you spend over €50); Next Working Day Delivery: €7.95

Orders are delivered by An Post or DPD Monday to Friday. An Post can deliver in some urban areas on Saturday. Some orders are drop shipped from our suppliers and delivery information is on the product details page.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and you can expect to receive standard deliveries within 2-4 working days in the Republic of Ireland and 4-5 working days in Northern Ireland.

Next day delivery is available for deliveries in Ireland only. Orders must be placed before 12pm (noon) for delivery the following day. The following day means the following working day, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Although we offer a next day delivery service, we can't be held responsible for delays outside of our control. Please ensure your address, Eircode and phone number is correct.

When you're order is shipped you will receive a shipment notification by email with tracking information.

In the run up to Christmas from the middle of November to the middle of December, it may take 4-6 working days in some cases due to the volume of orders and pressure on the postal/courier service.

Purchases made online from November 15th until the 31st of December, have an extened window of returns up until the 31st January 2024.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase and would like to return your item for a full refund or exchange you can do so within 28 days of the date of delivery.

If you live in the Republic of Ireland we now offer a FREE returns sevice. For this you should use the Drop2Shop service.

Please note that we will not reimburse any postage costs for any services other than the Drop2Shop service or An Post Click & Post returns.

Click & Collect in 2 Hours

We offer a Click & Collect service for many of our products in all of our stores throughout the country. Simply select your chosen store, checkout and collect your order within 2 business hours during the stores opening hours.

How does Click & Collect Work?

Place your items in the basket and select Click & Collect at checkout. After ordering, you'll receive an 'Order Confirmation' email along with an invoice. Once ready, a 'Ready for Collection' email will be sent to you. Please wait for this confirmation before going to the store and show your Ready for Collection email. Please do not proceed to the store until you have received this email. Items are usually ready within 2 business hours.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. After that, we will refund your order.

Do you stock the same goods online as in store?

Some of the stock online is not available in store and vice-versa. If you would like to enquire about the availability of a product you have seen online, please email info@guineys.ie with your preferred store and product name in the subject line.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal payments. We do not accept cheques or send out cash on delivery orders

When should I expect my delivery?

If you place an order with us today, your order should be shipped within 3 working days. You can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days in the Republic of Ireland with the exception of Children's Occasionwear which can take up to 10 working days.
